Our services can be ordered by completing and faxing our service order
form to Breathing Air Systems at:
1-614-864-0071. If you have any questions regarding placing

AS RECOMMENDED
BY NFPA 1500 7.9.3
54 POINT CHECKLIST, to include:
- Oil and oil change for the compressor
- Change of filter system
- Carbon Monoxide Check (Is not a complete test as recommended
by NFPA1500)
- Lubrication of oil pump chain
- CFM output flow calibration check
- Adjustment of drive belts
- Inspection and adjustment of safety valves
- Inspection and tightening of all head and cylinder bolts,
etc.
- ALL MILEAGE AND ROUTINE LABOR
- 10% DISCOUNT ON ADDITIONAL ON-SITE LABOR, IF
NEEDED
